Our Holiday Apartment
Our spacious holiday apartment offers enough room to enjoy your holiday at the mountain farm properly. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people and consists of a well-equipped kitchen with electric stove with 4 burners, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils; a living room with sofa bed and satellite TV; a bedroom; and a bathroom with shower. There is a traditional farm stove in the living room of the apartment; on request, we can light it for you.

The listed prices for the apartment apply to 2 persons per day; for each additional person, a surcharge of between 10 and 20 euros per day is applied.
Breakfast basket
Enjoy our breakfast basket all year round, which can be booked for an additional charge (price on request). It is filled with farm-fresh and regional products from the Ahrntal Valley: alongside bread, butter, cold cuts, coffee and yoghurt, our home-made specialities such as speck, smoked sausages, eggs, honey, syrups, teas and jams await you. Simply put together your basket the day before, entirely to your taste.
Children
Children up to 2 years of age stay with us free of charge.
The final cleaning is included in the price.
Local tax
For persons aged 14 and over, a local tax of €2.40 per person per day is charged. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and must be paid on site.
Short stays
For stays of less than 3 days, the respective high-season price is charged.
Arrival and departure:
On the day of arrival, your apartment/room is available from 3:00 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment/room by 8:30 am. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full booking amount is due.

- Bed linen as well as hand, bath and kitchen towels are available.
Laundry service
For an additional charge, we are happy to wash our guests' laundry. Drying and ironing facilities are available in the holiday flat.
